First time meeting the office, staff were very helpful and appointment started on time. Dr Tran was fantastic, he spent plenty of time explaining what would happen. After doing novacaine, he questioned me how it was. I told him to which he added another shot. All the shots he gave were for the most less than a mosquito bite in pain. An hour went by while he did his work. I was almost able to go to sleep. After the procedure he again explained everything. I had a pretty good infection to which he prescribed antibiotics, I did have minor pain for about 4 days. Today no pain and all seems good. He is the person I would go back to if I ever need another root canal. Only bad I can say is the building owner does not have handicap people in their care. No elevator to any floor you need to go to from any entrance. Stairs are mandatory.

Dr. Tran and his staff made me feel completely at ease, comfortable & relaxed. He explained everything clearly throughout my entire root canal procedure. Everyone was so friendly & helpful & responded to all my texts when at home. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.
